I didn’t want to buy a place that required renovating. But, I found a townhome that was exactly what I wanted, like it had been there waiting for me, except that it needed complete restoration due to cigarette smoke to become livable. Coast Wide Flood & Fire provided prompt and accurate quotes, were always available to discuss the growing project as I changed some of the scope, provided really good people to do the job and subcontractors that provided quality product and could be relied upon. It’s been almost 3 years now and I continue to be very happy with the project management and workmanship that was provided. This was overall one of those banner projects (rather than being a project from that ‘bad’ place). I highly recommend this company and Kris and his crew for your disaster and renovation projects.
